We're going to give you EVERYTHING you need to be successful including a private facebook group for accountability/motivation, plus daily and weekly check-ins to ensure you're making progress.

Nutrition is the primary focus for this challenge so we’re arming you with everything you need. Daily lessons along with daily accountability check-ins will keep you on track and ensure your success!

While nutrition is the main focus, we also want to see you increase your movement (exercise). We’ll provide you with some at home or gym workouts but feel free to do the exercises you’re most comfortable with. We’ll also have weekly “movement challenges” to add some fun to our group!

This is what makes this program better than anything else out there. You’ll be able to quickly check-in every day via our free app. Did you successfully follow your habit yesterday? It’s a simple YES or NO that will help you stay on track and moving toward your goals.

Home and Gym Workouts


We want you to move more during our challenge so we’re including 9 home and gym workouts that will help you build strength and burn calories. They’re easy to follow and can be printed to bring along with you.

  • Strength Workouts

    Build lean muscle and burn calories long after your workout. We have 4 easy to follow strength workouts to use either in the gym or at home.

  • Metabolic Conditioning

    These take the place of “cardio” in most other programs. Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) utilizes specific energy systems in the body to maximize efficiency.

  • Mobility

    We add mobility twice per week to help recover from workouts and increase mobility/flexibility. It’s a staple of any successful program.
